The Bauer brand was created in the late 1920s, when Edoardo and Augusto Bauer, having refined the art of making stock cubes in Berlin, transferred the production of their speciality to Trento.

In addition to stock cubes, over the years Bauer has launched seasonings to bring out the flavour of starters and main courses, as well as aromas designed expressly for grilled meat and fish. Storia

Years of research and experimentation, always aimed at creating new natural products from the best raw materials, enabled Bauer in 1985 to launch a new and totally innovative product on the market: Vegetalbrodo, the first completely vegetable instant stock preparation, with no added monosodium glutamate.

The favourable response from consumers, and the conviction that quality and nutritional balance are the keys to meeting the needs of modern nutrition, led Bauer to develop an entire range of foods, all produced without the use of aromas or chemical additives.

Not being affected by glutamate, the flavour of the products is that of the raw materials, which therefore have to be of the very best quality. For this reason Bauer selects them with particular care; the result is a range of stock preparations – both organic and conventional- which are particularly tasty and nourishing.
