BEEF STOCK-CUBES

Prepared according to tradition: vegetables mixed with premium-grade extracts, and meat, without artificial flavourings and chemical additives, no added monosodium glutamate, no hydrogenated fats and with iodized salt in place of common salt. The intense and natural flavour is maintained thanks to Bauer’s special manufacturing process, which is slow and gentle, and preserves the authenticity of every ingredient so that you can serve it on the table.

Usage

Great for serving a traditional broth.

Dissolve 1 Beef Stock-cube in 500ml of water and boil for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. You can also add the desired quantity of stock cube to other foods (soups, stews, sauces, ragouts, meat, rice, eggs, etc.) during cooking.

Ingredients

Soya and corn protein extract for stock, iodized salt: 37.6%, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (carrot, onion, potato, parsley, leek, celery, garlic, tomato): 5.6%, sunflower oil powder, extra virgin olive oil: 3.5%, yeast extract, beef concentrate 1.6%, beef 1.5%, natural olive extract.
