To make a great stock, dissolve 16g of Bauer Granulated Fish Stock in 1 liter of boiling water and stir: the result is instant. The Granulated Fish Stock can also be added to dishes, as desired, in place of salt to elevate and enhance fish soups, fish dishes, risottos and much more.
