FOR PERSONALISING YOUR SAUCES AND FOR DRESSINGS
You can serve this special sauce with mushroom dishes. You can also use it to cream risottos. Or use it as a filling. In addition, you can add it during cooking to add your own personal touch to lasagne or escalopes.
HOW TO USE?
For sauces or fillings, dissolve 35 g of product in ½ litre of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring continuously over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until you obtain the desired consistency.
For risottos, use Bauer Porcini Mushroom Sauce during cooking or final creaming, after mixing it with a little water until smooth.

Rice flour, corn starch, dehydrated porcini mushrooms (11.9%), sea salt, powdered palm fat, soy and corn plant-based protein stock extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, garlic, parsley, onion, celery, carrot, tomato) (4.1%), powdered cream (milk), white wine extract, corn oil, black pepper.
