The Bauer broth is ideal for flavouring all kind of dishes with mushrooms. To give an extra touch of flavour, you can also add the Mushrooms Granular Stock to soups, risottos, sauces, roasts and veal cutlets, in the desired amount. Dissolves instantly.

Iodised salt: 39%, Soy and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated porcini mushroom: 15%, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, tomato): 16%, corn seed oil.
