Bauer Porcini Mushroom Sauce can be served with mushroom dishes, or added while cooking to flavour lasagne, escallops or other dishes. Use it also to stir your risotto.

Bauer Porcini Mushroom Sauce can be served with mushroom dishes, or added while cooking to flavour lasagne, escallops or other dishes. Use it also to stir your risotto.
For sauces or fillings, dissolve 35 g of product in ½ litre of cold water and bring to a boil by mixing constantly at medium fire for 5 or more minutes, until you obtain the desired consistency. Pair it with pasta, meat or other dishes.
For risottos, use Bauer Porcini Mushroom Sauce while cooking or while stirring, after dissolving it in water.
Rice flour, corn starch, coconut fat, iodine salt: 7.4%, dehydrated Porcini mushroom: 6.1%, soy and corn plant-based protein broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): 3%, corn oil.
