Two purple potatoes
Two red potatoes
Two normal potatoes
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of Bauer Arostina Herbs & Spices
Wash and clean the potatoes.
Slice them without removing the peel and plunge them into a bowl of wa-ter.
With the help of a pasta cutter, cut some circles the same size as the other potatoes from the batata slices.
Drain them and put them back into the bowl.
Drizzle with EVO oil and Bauer Arostina Herbs & Spices.
Mix and arrange them as you like on a baking tray covered with baking pa-per.
Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
