Pork strips with prunes and ginger
FOR 2 PERSONS
5 thinly sliced pork slices
1 medium onion
extra virgin olive oil, as needed
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon dried sage or a few fresh sage leaves
15 pitted dried prunes
1 Bauer organic ginger stock cube

- Prepare all the ingredients on the work surface. Slice the onion and pan-fry it with a little olive oil. When the onion is browned, add the dried prunes and the stock cube. Add a little water and continue cooking for at least 15/20 minutes over high heat.
- Next, cut the meat into thin strips and cook it in the pan with the previously prepared prune sauce. Add the sage, a pinch of salt and finish cooking.
- Serve the pork strips nice and hot.
