HOW TO USE?
For sauces or soups, dissolve 40 g of product in ½ litre of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring continuously over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until you obtain the desired consistency. For risottos, use Bauer Shellfish Sauce during cooking or final creaming, after mixing it with a little water until smooth.
