VEGETALBRODO: Vegetables on the plate!

Vegetalbrodo is the vegetable-based Bauer Granulated Stock. It contains only carrot, celery, tomato, parsley and onion, with iodized salt and no added monosodium glutamate. Bauer’s special processing system ensures that the flavor of the vegetables remains unaltered, combined with precious plant-based extracts. This creates an instant and tasty vegetable stock that is rich in vegetables and has no gluten.

Usage

Dissolve 16g of Bauer Vegetalbrodo in 1 liter of boiling water and stir: the result is instant, or add it to dishes (soups, minestrones, sauces, ragus, meat, fish, risottos, eggs, etc.) in place of salt. It will give your dishes a new, more desirable and delicious flavor.

Iodized salt: 45,8%, soy and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables of various quantities (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): 19%, corn oil.
