Perfect for fish sauces and stews
Bauer Shellfish Sauce is the perfect pairing for grilled, baked and stewed fish dishes. It can also be used while cooking to flavour risottos, linguine, fish stews and other pasta dishes, the way you like.
For sauces or gravies, dissolve the content of the sachet (40 g) in ½ of cold water and bring to a boil, mixing constantly on medium heat, for 5 minutes or more, until you obtain the desired texture. Pair with any seafood dish, according to taste. To make risotto, use Bauer Shellfish Sauce while cooking or whisking the risotto, after dissolving it in water.
